The MSHSL Section 6A committee has made a decision to move all first-round playoff softball games from Tuesday to Monday, May 20th due to projected rain on Tuesday. With the change, Upsala will host LPGE in the first-round of playoffs for softball on Monday, May 20th at 5:00pm at the Varsity Field.

The USA Patriots had an excellent day at the Prairie Conference Track Meet yesterday! Here are some highlights: Joseph Guthrie took 1st place in the High Jump, the Long Jump, and the Triple Jump. He broke the team record and ALL-TIME CONFERENCE record in the Triple Jump with 43'3"! Joe was named the Prairie Conference MVP. Nicholas Guthrie took 1st place in Discus, Alyssa Young took 1st place in the Long Jump, and Genevieve Mrozek took first place in the Shot Put. Benden Mack, Nick Guthrie, Caleb Guthrie, and Jimmy Jensen took 2nd place in the 4x200. Quinn Guthrie, Nick Guthrie, Brayden Mack, and Jimmy Jensen took 2nd place in the 4x800. Alyssa Young took 2nd place in the Triple Jump. All of these student-athletes earned all-conference awards. Amazing performances! The sub-section track meet will be held at Maple Lake on Tuesday, May 21st. Tickets can be purchased online for $8.00 or at the gate for $10.00.
